Email Georges.abouzeidan@hotmail.com. We read every message and reply as soon as we can, usually within a few days. It helps to tell us what you were doing, what you expected and what happened, and whether you use an iPhone or an Android phone. A screenshot is welcome.
Quick answers
- Forgot your password: on the login page, choose "Forgot password?" and we email you a link to set a new one. Check your Junk folder if it does not arrive within a few minutes.
- Delete your account: Profile, then More, then "Delete my account". Your account and everything in it is removed straight away, and it cannot be undone.
- Download your data: Profile, then More, then "Download my data" gives you one file with everything you saved.
- Language, units and time zone: Profile, then Settings.
- Report or block someone: use the Report or Block option next to posts, recipes, messages and people. We review reports. You can also email us.
- Rep, the AI assistant: Rep is an AI and can be wrong. What he says is not medical advice. If you feel unwell or have a medical condition, talk to a doctor.
