Targets: Upper chest
Primary: Chest
Secondary: Shoulders (front delts), Triceps
How to
1Set an adjustable bench to a 30 to 45 degree incline and sit back with a dumbbell on each thigh. Kick the dumbbells up to the sides of your chest, palms facing forward.
2Press the dumbbells up and slightly together until your arms are straight above your upper chest, without clanging them.
3Lower them slowly until your upper arms are just below parallel to the floor and you feel a stretch across the upper chest.
4Keep your shoulder blades pulled back and down on the bench and your feet flat on the floor throughout.
